Chrome Grinders

The Classic Chrome Mill combines Alexander Handcrafted Mills' iconic design with an elegant chrome finish, giving the mill a more modern and minimalist look. The glossy finish highlights the classic proportions and makes the model an obvious choice in kitchens where steel, chrome and light materials dominate.

Beneath the chrome-plated surface lies the same solid brass construction that has made Alexander Handcrafted Mills known for spice mills with an exceptionally long lifespan.

Two grinders – each designed for a different task

The Classic Chrome Mill is available as both a pepper mill and a salt mill. Although they are identical on the outside, they are each designed with their own specialized grinding mechanism on the inside.

The pepper mill is designed for peppercorns and dried spices such as coriander, fennel, cumin and cardamom. The adjustable grinder makes it easy to choose between a fine or coarse grind, depending on what the dish requires.

The salt mill is designed exclusively for salt. It should therefore only be used for sea salt, rock salt or other dry salt types to ensure optimal function and long service life.

• They have beautiful chiselling and are imprinted with "Salt" and "Pepper" respectively.
• Wall thickness of 1 mm and a solid cast mill grinder, designed so that it grinds your spices optimally.
• The handle is placed inside the grinder on delivery. You must take the handle out yourself and mount it after filling.
• The pepper mills also grind all kinds of dried seasonings like cardamom. seeds, cumin, coriander seeds, etc, with ease.
