Amuseables Peanut ‘Après Ski’ skis like he was born on the slopes. (He wasn’t, of course. He was born in a shell, in fairly flat terrain – but we don’t talk about that.) Whether carving through powder or giving impromptu lessons to Ricky Rain Frog (who’s mainly here for the fondue), he’s utterly in his element.

But the real event? You’ll find him holding court on the terrace – regaling Bartholomew Bear and Bashful Bunny with tales of double black diamonds and near-miss snowploughs. Modest? Not exactly. But with moves like his, who could blame him?
